1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing and delivery do not occur on weekends or public holidays.
2. How long will delivery take?
We offer standard free shipping within the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues or customs procedures.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at support@glansin.shop.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped, making changes impossible. Contact support@glansin.shop as soon as possible to submit your request.
5. What if my order is lost or shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?
- Check with neighbors or other household members.
- Verify your shipping address in the order confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier to request proof of non-delivery.
- Share the proof with us at support@glansin.shop, and we’ll help resolve the issue, including issuing a refund if necessary.
6. What is your return policy?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
